first i want to wish everyone a Happy New Year!
here i am cooking my family's traditional New Years Day meal baked pork chops on a bed of sour craut. one starts by browning the pork chops then putting them on a bed of rinsed sour craut (removes some of the salt) add another layer of sour craut then sprinkel some brown sugar over add 2 cups of water to cover chops , cover and bake for 2 hours at 350.
and vola there you have it baked pork cops yum yum!
