September 10, 2008 or a day at the beach

although i have been out as diana acouple of times earlier this sept today was the first time this year i once again got to go to the beach as diana yeaaa!

i really needed this day as one of my largest school accounts has a new superintenent who is questioning all costs yuch! so i needed to clear out my brain

so once again i went to the south end of ocean grove. i actually got into the water a bit. knee high only since there was a strong rip tide but with splashes to my neck so i finally got my one piece bathing suit wet. i have extra bra prothesisas insets which are safe in salt and cloreene water.

the only problem at this time of year is that the rst rooms clossed at 7 pm and i went off the beach at 715 agghhhh with now a somewhat wet suit aggghhhh.
but..... i know this town well from 30 somers here sooooo..... up to the center of town accross from the 7000 seat 1890's auditorium there is a new large rest room so i was saved and now aboe to change into dry street clothes. ( yellow T and white jeans skirt with sandels and a hooded sweat shirt jacket ) yeeaaaa! since it was getting cool out with the sun going down!

then i was off to diner i have wanted to try 'old man Raferty's" resterant in asbury since they opened 3 years ago but have allways been in a hurry and since it was only 730pm i went there for dinner. this 2 block secton of asbury park has really improved but the builders are still working on the rest of the town.
the food was good it was there burger night. but i must admit the value is better down the street at clancy's across from the gates of ocean grove on main st (rt 71)
when i finished dinner it was only 930pm so i stopped in at club paridise a glbt bar ( i don't drink so i ordered a soda but usually tip the cost of the soda ) to say hi to billy the bar tender but he had just finished shift and was now one of patrons sitting at the bar.
i stayed about 20 mins as i wanted to go to Georgies' on the other side of asbury park near the tracks and 5th ave. this is a" cheers" type glbt bar.
i chated with a gay gg in her late 20's in the conversation she asked what my other self looked like i showed her my driver's license photo and she said " nice looking stud" LOL everyone was soooooo friendly at Georgies also wed is kareoky night so i stayed to listen (i sing very well as my other self but not well in diana voice giggle giggle) finally about 11:15 it was time to say good by to my new friends and drive the hour home.
