It's been 3 days in a row that I've been able to dress as Diana and go out shopping. Yeaaa! It feels so wonderful!
Today I got to buy a beautiful green valour brocade tailored suit at the salvation army for 7.00 in like new condition. It's a Lord and Taylor! Also a beautiful mauve sweater. Then it was off for supper at Mc Donalds and finally to k mart.
Yesterday i went to the good will store and found a pretty white pullover sweater with a splash of mauve roses.
My goal is to try to go out dressed at least 25% of the year or about an average of at least 8 days per month and actually a bit more since it's hard to take time to dress as Diana in the summer with all the activities as my other self. Allready 99% of the time I sleep in a satin nightgown (flannel lined in the winter).
As i have said if I thought the world would accept it there are times I'd dress 75% of the time.
i may have mentioned that i now wear a pale shade of nail polish even as my other self ( it looks almost clear) and I'm shaping and letting my nails grow at least a 1/4 of an inch to remind myself how wonder full it feels to be dressed as Diana when i am my other self. ahhh....
I've been thinning down my other self's clothes in the closet as i fill in with more of Diana's things. It's so wonderful to look in there and see so many beautiful colors of skirts, blouses and dresses. again ahhh...
(notice no woman's pants! if i wanted to wear pants I'd stay dressed as my other self ha, ha!)
