i forgot to mention in the last entry that it was my recently deceased aunt who was a beautician for 65 years who told my dad about the clear nail polish trick to keep his nails from cracking.
so you really are not fibbing when you give the this excuse for the clear nail polish. now on the other had it's a bit harder to explain the reason for pink or any other color. giggle giggle accept we know it makes us feel pretty and good about ourselves ahhhhh
